Yash is a seasoned real estate and finance professional with over a decade of experience in commercial lending, property development, and strategic advisory. He brings a combination of analytical rigour, market insight, and hands-on delivery capability.

Before joining Link Capital, Yash held senior roles at BankSA and ANZ, where he led the origination and structuring of complex finance solutions for a broad range of clients. His background spans both institutional lending and boutique funding, giving him a sharp understanding of what developers need—and how to move quickly to deliver it.

With a strong network across the South Australian property sector, Yash has successfully delivered residential and mixed-use developments from feasibility through to completion. Known for his clarity, accountability, and outcome-driven mindset, he continues to work closely with developers, investors, and landowners to unlock value in a fast-moving and increasingly complex market.
