Su brings over 15 years of experience across retail banking, private credit and commercial lending. With an MBA qualification, she brings a strong understanding of lending, client relationships and delivering practical solutions across the finance sector.

As Senior Associate, Su manages key aspects of the loan lifecycle while working closely with borrowers and investors to support smooth and efficient lending and investment outcomes. Her in-depth knowledge of asset-backed lending enables her to provide valuable insight throughout the lending process and contribute to the strong relationships Link Capital maintains with its clients.
