Head of Operations & Client Relations

Natalie brings a unique blend of legal, commercial and operational expertise to Link Capital, with more than a decade of experience in the private credit sector and a background as a banking and finance solicitor at a national law firm. Holding a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and being a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach.

As Head of Operations & Client Relations, Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of Link Capital, ensuring lending transactions progress efficiently and seamlessly from initial enquiry through to settlement. Working closely with clients, brokers, advisers and the broader team, she plays a key role in delivering tailored funding solutions while maintaining the high standards of service, communication and responsiveness that underpin the Link Capital experience.

Natalie is passionate about building long-term relationships and helping clients achieve their goals through practical, efficient outcomes. Her extensive experience across private credit, legal risk management and operations enables her to deliver clear guidance throughout the lending process.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors, whether walking along the beach or exploring local trails. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
