His role spans three key pillars, Compliance, Regulation, and Finance, ensuring Link’s mortgage fund operates safely, sustainably, and in line with ASIC requirements. With CPA credentials and an MBA from Deakin University, Gerard combines technical capability with commercial clarity.

He’s known for his sharp eye, steady judgment, and ability to ensure growth and governance go hand-in-hand.
